DO not rent here, parking is a complete nightmare, there is not enough parking and they are still moving people in everyday. When I first moved in covered parking took up half the lot and it was free, now 3 managers, maintence crews and 6 towing companies later, they are forcing us to pay 25 dollars a month for parking, now we pay rent so why exactly do we have to pay for parking? you mean that paying rent is not enough to justify you one parking spot in the complex. seriously? The "security" which noone has ever seen, does not watch the cars being forced to park OUTSIDE the complex. Now this is a gated community and your telling me that the only people worth protecting are the people who can afford not only the rent increase but to PAY FOR PARKING now think about this its not downtown, not the airport, not an amusment park or a camping ground. We pay rent and cant park in our complex. So if our car is stolen by ione of the drug selling thugs its our fault for not paying 25 bucks for safety... is this the mob now we have to pay for our safety I thought thats what the joys of living in a gated community provide you. So a quick recap run unless you have a few thousand dollars to pay for a crappy ghetto apartment.So this gated community provides a roof over your head, no parking, no safety, you cant be outside period, no BBQ's you will be evicted if you are caught with a BBQ, and theres always some teenage thug running around selling drugs not being told to go inside, becasue he can afford the few thousand dollars to continue to live in the ghetto where his prime shoppers live. so no these apartments are not worth ilving in unless you dont have a car, a BBQ pit, any friends whom are not allowed and you do drugs.
