We have lived here for 3 years now. We are getting ready to leave, but we have heard horror stories about all the crap they try to pen you with when you do. So, we will see. Over the years my husband's car has been broken into twice, we have placed a number of requests to fix the apartment..but it's always just whats the cheapest way to get it done. Everything is old! The carpet is gross, the bath tub is rotting, the laminate wood crap is peeling, the ceilings are cracking, no insulation around windows or doors, and overall it just sucks. Electric bills have been hell over the years with our tiny one bedroom apartment...and I'm talking around 400. Management sucks. One day about 13 people were outside the office waiting for an hour to pay our rent, and they had the door locked so they could have a meeting. Do that shit after hours you lazy fucks! Anyways, good luck renting here.
