The office staff and management are new every time you walk into the office. They say that is normal, but it is not. Since I have lived here for over a year now there has been new staff in the office every month. If you want something fixed it takes weeks and you have to call the office at least three times before they make an effort to come to your apt. People here get there car stolen and broken into all the time. Not a safe apartment complex. My car was broken into yesterday with 10 other people and they told me basically that it was not our problem it happens. The manager was suppost to call me and never did, because they don't care about the resident here. This apt. has been consistently under construction since it opened 6 years ago, in the halls the ceilings are cracked and also in apts. My friend has cracks and leaky ceilings in her apt. that she pays $1,000 for a month.
