Apartment Review
Depends on which way your unit is facing

If you rent a unit on the south side of the complex, facing the vacant retail space, you might want to reconsider. There is a service tunnel going under the building with the Pub. There is a parade of extremely large, industrial trucks that go by, right in front of the thin windows of the Lofts. First, they pound over each speed bump with a loud crashing noise. Then, they back into the tunnel, activating their extremely loud beeping sound. Then, they rev their engines to press the garbage. Then, the garbage dumpster is crashed back down onto the pavement. There are two dumpsters there, side by side. One of the dumpsters is the kind where the garbage is crushed. The other dumpster, apparently, is changed out each time. A truck picks up the full dumpster and leaves. Then, a little later, another truck comes a delivers a new empty dumpster. They probably don't hear this extremely loud sound facing any other direction, but the units on the south end of the building are in the direct path of the tunnel. The sounds reverberate in the tunnel and blast into those Loft windows like a gigantic Bose speaker system. Imagine, between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., someone crashing loud trashcan lids against your windows no less then three times during that hour.
