The staff here is ridiculous. They will do anything and/or tell you all lies possible to get you to move in. Don't fall into their trap. They lied to me about a "Free" cruise, about the surrounding stores opening dates. They promised LA Fitness was coming in and that we would all have free passes to join the club. Then a few months later the gym decides to not even come in at all. If you dont know for sure they arent coming in THEN Don't tell us unless you are 110% sure. Oh, and the "gym" that we have at the apartment complex is really just a small room that they put in the middle of the storage units with no ventilation. It's pathetic. There are a couple eliptical machines, a treadmill and free weights. One of the leasing agents has slept with one of the people leasing in the building. It's Absolutely DIRTY. Talk about no shame, oh and she is in a relationship. We don't have a conceirge in the building. She was fired a month or two back and was never replaced. She didn't do much and messed a lot of things up but atleast we had one here! Now that we dont have one, we never have any events and if we do have one it is poorly run because no one knows what they are doing. We are suppose to have doormen. Doormen that are suppose to be at their desk 24 hours a day. That is a complete joke. There is always a doorman at the Tower Desk, just because the leasing offices are close. But at the Flats desk, there is one there maybe 25% of the time. The doorman has no responsibilites, I dont think I'm even greeted when I come into the building or walk past them. They are usually clueless and dont know much about what is going on. The assistant manager is not sufficient. She keeps the books for the whole apartment and is always messing up. She over charges us all the time. It's sad when you have to keep the accountant in line. Another promise made by the apartment is assigned parking. They went through and did number all the parking spots which made us all believe that sometime in the near future they would start assigning numbers but of course nothing came of it. I have lived here over a year and they told me when I moved in that within a month I would have an assigned spot. LIES. I know of people who have had their car broken into multiple times in the parking garage but the apartment can't help at all because they only have cameras at the entrance of the garage. The aparment is offering 3 months free, but dont let that fool you into thinking that the apartments are going to be priced well. My market value on my apt went up $400 since they put up 3 months free so they wouldn't lose any money. You can tell how well the apartment is doing by the number of people that actually renew their lease. I don't think one person has renewed their lease yet. Kinda sad. I have had all sorts of issues with this complex and I can't wait to move out. I wish they had their stuff together because I love my apartment, but sadly I can't wait til the day my lease is up.
