Pros: New Construction 2008 Plenty of closets (Storage) Pool & Hot Tub (Rental if more than 2 guests) DVD/TV room (TV is free, DVD is a rental) Sports lounge (becomes Rental if more than 2 guests) Large BBQ grills (2) Central Air unit (Little noisy being right in the apartment) New City Park (2008) though it’s mostly for dogs. Cons: Management lacking professionalism, they know you till the lease is signed…. still waiting 3 months for a signed lease to be returned? Concierge is run by a outside security firm that has no vested interest in serving the tenants. Attitude! Common areas are only to rent Inconvenient parking to apartment setup, everyone must pass through the front desk. Located in noisy area downtown (Traffic, buses, harley's, bass music) Walls between apartment are paper thin (don’t expect a quiet nights sleep), Noise travels through the concrete floors Nothing is included with the rent, you pay for water, electric, sewer. Add another $200 monthly Service requests take 2-3 days for some to show from Maintenance department.
