The only reason you would want to live here was bc hud housing is full. this place takes a close 1st place for worst places to live.

There is no safety here, i had a note on my apartment door every 2 weeks talking about rapes, shootings, break ins, car break ins, stolen cars. I came home from class at about 10pm at night and took my dog outside, when walking back up the shitty stairs that are slowly falling apart, two BOYS were breaking into a vehical. They saw me and paid no attention to the fact that i saw them doing this. I called the police, and they said, "what do you expect from this area!" These apartments are right out the edge of plano, i thought i was moving to an ok place.

The walls are cracked from being painted over so much. I had all kinds of bugs even after the bug man came. the carpet smelled of smoke, and my bathroom tub lining bubbled up and peeled off the first time i took a shower! Most of the stairs are rusting through a hole and have to be blocked off until they got fixed, i saw yellow tape up there for weeks.

The people who work there, know how it is, and treat it as if its not their job.

After moving out of this place, they don't even contact me first, but turn me over to collections because they said i never paid my water bill?! I recieved this letter from a collection agency telling me i have so many days to take care of this. I had been moved out for 2 months!
