There are a lot of "colorful" people here. This place is swarming with them. Some of the trashiest people in Dallas must live here because there is always trash and litter on the property. I don't understand why someone would trash on the place where they live? I seem to only have 1 white neighbor. I really don't see many of my neighbors for very long, or often. This place obviously isn't very safe. There is always some sort of criminal mischief notice posted at least every 2 weeks. Parking in this place sucks ass! They do not provide adequate parking for the outer apartments so these people usually park on the street. Which I feel led to my car getting stolen a few days ago. I got my car back but still had to pay a lot to get it back up and running. The apartment is very drafty in the winter. I had to get a space heater to warm the floor area so my baby can play. Everything on the patio is covered in a thick layer of dust and there is a lot of outside noise from the tollway. Not to mention the jerks who blast that crappy bass music. This isn't the best place to raise a family or the safest place that is why we are getting out very soon. If a safe and quiet place to call home is what you are looking for, you may want to pass on Sutton Place Apartments.
