We lived at SSOL for three years. This is a real warehouse loft high rise. About six months before we left, the new neighbor was booming her stereo so loudly at 2AM, it knocked artwork down from the wall. Management did NOTHING about this situation and suggested that WE call the cops. It was outrageous. When we broke our lease because of this awful situation, they just got very greedy and wanted their HUGE amount of buy out money. Stay as far away as you can from SSOL.
