They have continuallly added misc. charges without making me aware of them......then when i pay my rent they apply late fees because i haven't covered the extra charges that they haven't told me about. See a pattern? Save yourself the headaches and hassles and STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THE RICHDALE GROUP AS POSSIBLE.
