Rosemeade Court Apartments is ran by a slum lord.... They are rude, uncareing, harrasseing, etc.and not above false accusations,and false reasons to trump up evictions... Rosemeade Court Apartments Manager makes one wonder where her interigerty is????? This complex is miss managed, drugs and crime are high there....and safety is at your own risk....... Rosemeade Court Apartments should be turned into the Tenant Association and Fair Houseing..... The Apts. are run down and half the stuff in them are old and run down..... it is real slummy..... The electric bills are out rages.....because of poor insuletion...... After they evict you they also charge you over a thousand dollers for re-letting their Apt....even when your lease is up!!! Someone lived there short a month of their lease being up, was evicted for trumped up reasons, and was charged over 3, 000 .....for all sorts of fees....as well as reletting...... Watch out, this place will rob you......... The Manager Harrarressed a disable person, verbely abused this person.....then told her she was evicted and started leaveing eviction notes on her door. The person's lease was up in November....and the Manager began her verbel abuse and harrarressment several weeks before the lease was up and before legal eviction...... then filed eviction... Although she done some verbel harrassement in the year the disabled person had lived there. This rateing is not a retaliation toward the Manager...But, if people know what is going on there, it may save someone else and their family a lot of greif..... If the people who lived there would go to fair houseing, this place would get a new Manager........ She also is discrimenateing!!!!!!!! This person paid their rent on time for 11 months and never missed a month..... till the harrassement and eviction...the person did not provoke this Managers harrassement...... The Manager put the person being evicted owed the Apt. 150.00 as reason for eviction.... The person called the Manager to pay the 150.00 to clear her bill, at time of the eviction and the Manager laughed in her face on the phone and slamed the phone down in the person's ear.... Then was sent over 3,000 fees owed the Apt...... this week..... I would not recomend Rosemeade Court Apartments to anyone............. I am sure their are many, many others who feel the same way!!!!!!!!!!! If you ask for the owners phone number, they won't give it to you....... They give a first name of some man and tell you to send an E-Mail to the first name of the person and at the Rosemeade Court Apts......who is suppose to be the owner.... Never got a reply back!!!!!! If there are places like this renting, how do we help the homeless.....when they are putting people out in the cold and makeing them homeless......????? This woman evicted a Mother and 3 small children and made it hard for her to get an Apt. She made them homeless!!!!!!!
