Poor Management & Maintenance & Crime Issues

Poorly maintained; reports of issues in apartment ignored. Rude manager and indifferance with office staff. Seems like they no longer screen applicants and it is looking like we live in the 'hood'....
When I first moved in the apt wasnt so bad it seemed to be a decent apt. Unfortunatly 14 months later the mold they covered up and the rust they painted over are showing....
