Poor Management & Maintenance & Crime Issues

Poorly maintained; reports of issues in apartment ignored. Rude manager and indifferance with office staff. Seems like they no longer screen applicants and it is looking like we live in the 'hood'. We now have security patrol to monitor tenants behavior and actions.
