This complex has poor management. Their response time in fixing things is slow. If your AC goes out in the summer don't expect them to rush, escpially if its over 100 degrees. I would not refer anyone there, if they tell you, you will get a referral check they will keep putting you off in order to get the paper work in to do it. It was nice when I first moved in but has gone completely down hill since then.
