I moved in in September right after the new management took over so I don't have anything to compare them to. The manager always greets me by name and the maintenance has fixed everything right the day I request it. I was afraid that I would end up paying $800+ for a clean, safe apartment but was able to find Park Gates. The trash is picked up 3 times a week. Since the apartmentsw are older, they're built more solidly than those built in the 1990s. The only noise I hear is from the street. There's plenty of parking near the buildings.
