the 2 yrs I lived there...got my car stolen, girl held at gunpoint at aproximately 10pm... just about everybody on the first floor's place got broken into, and also a neighbor got robbed on the third floor. If you do move to this place, just be prepared to be mislead by the staff and get ready to deal with an incompetent staff. ALSO, keep all check stubs because if they don't have proof of it, sorry, tough luck "a copy of our lease means nothing....I know it really sucks." so that's what you have to deal with. so why did i stay so long....couldn't afford to move...financial and health concerns...but saved up and now in a house far from MONTFORT SUCK PLACE Dumb dumb dumb. take my advice..DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
