Well, I've lived here for about 5 years now. A short time after I moved in, I learned from another apartment rating site that this place was a crime hot spot. If I would have known that, I wouldn't have moved here. But, for awhile, we heard that they were weeding out the drug dealers and such. This was with the old manger at the time. She was really trying to clean and spiff up the place. It was starting to look up. But, then the management and staff changed. Since the new manager and new staff, which are all 19-20 years of age and don't know jack about professionallism. I also don't think it is necessary to show so much tit. I know that they like when all of the beaners that live here come in and stare at them, but geez. Parking does suck here. Not enough. We have to have two reserved spots which are $15 each. Which I don't feel is right. People do store vehicles here and do all the wrong things, but management turn a blind eye. For the lack of amenities, this place is not worth the price that we pay. But, for someone not looking for much, I guess this place would suit them just fine. We have a security guard here from 8pm-3am, but I don't really know how safe I feel. I don't feel completely safe. We got broken into a few months ago in the middle of the afternoon. Little did the beaner know, we were home. We didn't catch him, but we scared the living crap out of him. But, ever since then, our sense of security is little here. I know it could happen anywhere. The maintenance staff is good here, though. The upkeep of the property is medieocre though. The staircases look as if the could come down at anytime. Some look as if they are being held up by only one bolt. The rain gutters are all clogged up. There is only one little pool for the whole property and all the beaners invite all their family to come over to use it, so it's hard to be able to use it. REALLY, TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH, THIS WHOLE PROPERTY IS BEING BROUGHT DOWN BY THE BEANERS! NO WONDER WHY THERE IS SO MUCH RACIAL TENSION EVERYWHERE! THEY ARE ENVADING EVERYWHERE. Ok, there are alot better places than this. I bet if Dallas would change like Irving and Farmersbranch, half the units at this place would turn vacant. Once this lease is up, I plan to move from here. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this place a 4. Oh, and all of the other people that have rated this place on this site, I can tell you fit in real good here, by your grammer. You- huked ohn fonix wuked fer meh. White trash, beaner trash, black trash, you're all the same and all belong here. When I move into my new house, I'll give you a call and you can come mow my lawn and pick my weeds. IF YOU HAVE ANY CLASS, STAY AWAY FROM HERE. AND THIS ENTIRE AREA!
