If you don't care about the trash that's left sprinkled all over the property by other tenants like a ticker-tape parade,then this place is for you. If you like how the local artist loves to show off their artistic skills by spray painting the property with lovely red paint, and how the passing cars drive through the complex with their music playing so load that you can't leave your windows open at night while you sleep; then this is the place for you. Oh, and did I mention when you put your rent money in the drop box- you may get a letter three days later stating you didn't pay your rent. Some of us tenants found out that the Manager Phyllis who is no longer working there was stealing the rent checks. If you like pool partys this is the place for you-We have one pool 8ftx3ft and it holds about 60-people. I know because this is what I see everyday when it's hot; oh and they never clean. The laudry room is never cleaned, God forbid you drop something on the floor you may have to throw it away. The apartment complex is just a year old and it's already deteriorating. The Leasing office is very unprofessional. I've been here for almost 9-months. When my lease is up, I will not stay.
