BEWARE!!!!!!!

BEWARE!!!! PAID 300 DEPOSIT TO GET IN THIS PLACE, APTS KEPT THE ENTIRE AMOUNT AND TOLD ME I OWED THEM $124 FOR THE FOLLOWING: PAINTING OF ENTIRE APT-(FEW SCUFF MARKS NOTHING MAJOR FROM MOVING) CARPET CLEANING (HAD CARPETS CLEANED BEFORE I MOVED OUT) NOT RETURNING KEYS ON TIME (CHARGED ME FOR THREE DAYS AT MARKET RATE-ONE DAY WAS A HOLIDAY) Apartments are old and they have tried to do some upgrading, but they are still worthless!!! CARES Team was great!!!
