When JPI took over, this place became a horrible place to live. They doubled our water/gas/sewer bills, and just recently cut down all the trees in the pool area-leaving my second floor apartment with NO privacy. They don't care about the current tenants, and I feel they would prefer all of us already living here to leave, so they can charge higher rent to the new tenants. One of the reasons I loved this complex was because of the beautiful, mature trees all over the property. They have taken away the beauty of this place for what seems like no reason other than they were tired of cleaning leaves out of the pool. I'm so disappointed that I will be looking for a new place to live.
