The new office staff are nice. The appartments look great when you tour them. But there are lots of maintenance problems in these 67 buildings. Most of the buildings are at least 30 years old. Once my microwave broke, twice the AC broke and on two separate occasions I have had ceiling leaks w/ resulting black mold. This last occasion my ceiling sprouted 7 leaks at once due to the rain. I have had the leaks for almost 3 wks. Also you definitely don't want to live in the back buildings. There have been 2 four car pileups - a moving car hits parked cars. Mine was hit. Cars get broke into in the back. And someone stole a car and hit my appartment building with it. The back is not safe. The front is better.
