I lived in these apartments for a year and since the beginning I had trouble. After living there for only about 2 months I had my apartment broken into due to the locks the provided on the windows obviously didn't lock the windows. One the assistant managers was very helpful in moving me to another apartment that at first glance was way better than the one I was already in. It was to be on the third floor with my front door in hallway, so neighbors could hear all noise outside the apartment. But the problem was the elevator NEVER worked and had that listed as a commodity and one the reasons I decided to break my lease and move to another unit. Then shortly after I moved to the new unit my car was stolen. I got it back with no problems, just to have it stolen a 2nd time. This time it took a week to get back, I missed work. I talked to the same assistant manager as before and worked out an agreement for the rent. Only to have the "accounting" dept. take me to court for eviction. Now I have a technically on my credit even when I paid them. They aren't helpful, rude, and unwilling to work with you when these kind of circumstances arrive. I would NEVER EVER let anyone I know move there, even if it was their last and only resort.
