Since I currently reside in these apartments, I am going to go down the list. The safety isn't much of an issue here since most of the units are boarded up and vacant. They have their own apartment security who worry about the wrong things, but the most unsafe part are the wild possums, cats and raccoons running wild. There is usually always parking since most of the units are empty. The appearance is bad. No one has done anything to the outside of these apartments in centuries and all the plywood in the sliding doors and windows looks bad. The office staff have had their own share of problems. Three new property managers in the last six months is bad. They will tell you all day for weeks that they will fix and repair what you need but don't do a thing until you don't pay rent and keep calling corporate. There are only two maintenance men on the property and they are the laziest people I have ever known. It's sad because they don't know how to do 75% of repairs needed. The condition of my unit is good because they remodeled my unit before I rented it. The noise level is low, especially in the back of the apartments where there is a full fledge jungle back there. The only reason I rated the overall as a two and not one is because the units are cheap and utilities are included.
