The apartments might look good from outside, don't fall for the trap. The management suck your money in any and every way possible. They don't work with you and don't listen to you, give arbitrary hike in rents. They make you pay badly for notice and other things. The apartment itself has issues, the walls are paper thin and pipes run through the middle of the apartment making terrible noise, the management does not care about the issues and fix it even after complaining for a month, but is ready to cash-in on anything. They raised my rent by $200 if I wanted to go month-month but raised only $30 for 3 month lease, they could not reduce the month to month even after repeatedly asking for that. Now its notice period, they want 2 months notice for month-month lease, what is the point of going month to month ?? Don't ever try these apts, there are a lot better out there. God only knows what happens to my deposit...
