The apartmens are very nice, the are in a great location and the previous management by Greystar was excellent. A new owner took over and they switch management companies in september 2007, since then there is only one leasing person in the office which is always late (she is supposed to open it at 8:30 adn some times she shows up until 9:30 or later) she has an attitude most of the time, sadly the costumer service is real bad. The good thing are the maintenance staff, they are good, the only thing is that office never give to them the orders on time, some times they know about a service request after a week. The complex is very quiet and nice, after all nothing is perfect.
