This is place is horrendous. The new management company came in and got rid of everyone who worked for the other company. I found the old staff very helpful and they knew me when I came in the office. Never had a problem with the old staff. The new staff is a different story, they are not helpful in any way and they are not very friendly. Problem? You are better off taking care of it on your own than you are to deal with the headache you will end up with after talking to the office staff. The staff is my biggest problem here. Yes the apartment is noisy. You can hear the neighbors talking, watching TV, fighting, walking, etc. No need for your own alarm clock, if your neighbor has one you will wake up to it. Noise is to be expected in an apartment you can't make it completely silent, although that would be nice. Parking is a nightmare around here. You either get here early or forget gettting a parking space. Prepare to park on the street and hike it to your apartment, in the dark. You will be saving yourself a lot of trouble if you don't rente here.
