I have lived in this apartment complex under two different management companies. When Grand Peaks purchased the apartment, the property and management took a nose dive. I am constantly kept up to the wee hours of the morning listening to my neighbors fight, or the very loud music coming from the pool area, or the removal of carpeting at 7 am on a Saturday morning. I have tried my hardest to contact the manager with absolutely no response. Phone calls do not work, letters do not work. Hope you don't care who is in your apartment, because maintenance has come in several times unannounced or with one hour notice while I am at work. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone I know.
