Looks great on the outside but everything under the surface absolutely sucks. I've lived here for 2 years. Let me list the problems I've had. 1. My apartment was not ready for 4 hours after I arrived with my moving truck. 2. Mini-blinds needed replacement - I reported that upon move-in. 2 years later (and 4 requests) they have not been replaced. 3. My car was towed out of my carport because I did not have a resident sticker - I'd been in the office 3 times to get one but each time there was a reason why they werent available. I had to call 50 people and rant for 12 hours before they finally gave in and released my car at no charge. It cost me $36 in cab fare to get my car from the lot. 4. Recieved a $50.00 fine for my trash being found on the property. Every morning for a week trashbags were ripped open in the parking lot near the dumpster but they refused to drop the fine or reimburse me even after maintenance verified the problem as loose dogs. 5. Received a total of 3 fines/notices, at different times for unpaid rent. Each time was their accounting mistake of which I received no apology or compensation for. Once, I received a notice for not paying for my carport - they found that they had charged me for it twice! 6. I waited 18 months for a carport near my building. When I got it, they tried to charge me for the old one and the new one in the same month. 7. Recieved a $250.00 fine for my trash supposedly being found in a storage locker. Manager argued with me at length and threatened to evict me. After I went to the office, they realized they made a mistake - the apt # and name on the stuff wasnt even mine!! 8. Received a thretening notice about my supposed cigarette butts around my door (wrong again). I went to the office and they told me that my visitors must be doing it - no one I know smokes either. Later, they found out that the people upstairs were doing it. Again, no apology. 9. SBC Home Entertainment (the only cable company) has cut my service off 3 times. Once for a payment they didnt process for 11 days, once for not taking the auto-payment on the date I authorized, and once when I added additional service but it was coded for
