Positive features: Beautiful Buildings Spacious apartments Nice sized patios Mostly pleasant neighbors Negative Features: SBC as a contracted service provider for TV,Phone,Internet Expect to have to have Direct TV or SBC Home Entertainment Wierd company offering Cable Modem at much higher rates than Comcast DSL is only through SBC and availability is depending on someone movingout and you getting thier line. Airplanes from the Addison Airport flying in, if your an open window type of person this sucks, they tend to drown out the TV for me. If it wasn't for TIVO I'd miss half of what the people are saying. Parking I could go on and on and on and on about how horrible the parking is...but you get it. It sucks. Crime: My car was towed out of the complex while I was dropping my groceries in the apartment. Next. My car is broken into, damages and theft of stereo equipment totaled $1500. This all happend in the first month and a half of living there. (this has apparently happend to others here in this apartment complex) I'm attempting to create an online awareness group for these apartments but I've been stopped by managment.
