The management seems to think they came charge "market rates" because the surrounding communities charge that amount. Wrong, this place is a dump. It may appear well kept from a distance, but the units are a piece of shit. Carpet fibers embedded in the paint, caulk molded everywhere, holes in the sub-flooring(womans heel actually stuck through tiles in kitchen), flooring gives when walked on, painted over grease in kitchen, carpets stained & worn out, pipes rattle & slap the walls when hot water used, every window & door either leak, rattle, or jam up. I was promised a garage and still dont have one a year later. There is no parking, I MEAN, NO PARKING! Hood Rat's from the low income community next door visit the pool daily leaving rainbows in the water. Then they use tenants vehicles as drawing pads to practice their ghetto art skills. This place sucks, the management sucks, & anyone who leases is a sucker. If you read this, you were warned.
