My apartment is a constant 65 degrees in the winter, I use florescent lights, and own NO expensive TV or stereo equipment, yet my electric bill is $300/month for 900 square feet!!!! The insulation is VERY bad and the windows are very bad insulation as well. Whatever price they quote you per month, make sure you add about 200 per month because of the extra electricity you WILL pay. Man am I glad I'm moving out soon.
