The neighbors are great and the only nice thing about this building. There are frequent heat and air conditioning problems and they don't call or email to warn you when it's happening. You just have to figure it out for yourself later in the day. They promised pool priveleges upon leasing the unit, then cut them off because of a couple of people who caused problems. The property management took a long time to respond to a violent neighbor who was causing trouble.
