These are the nastiest apts I have ever lived in. They smile while you sign the lease then all hell breaks loose because they have you. There is always someone new in the office, the mantienance people are creepy, the roaches have more relatives than you over. I just give my apartment up to them at night because I'm afraid I will catch something. Everyting looks good during the day but who looks f or a apartment at night ? I never leave after dark you just never know. There are no lights on the streets, Covered parking which you pay for each month is a mile away from your house, And again the roaches are out of control. Also, they charge you over $150 late feeson the first day yor late . Rent is due on the 2nd? never have I been in apartments where they don't give you a grace peroid. BEWARE, AND DON NOT BE FOOLED. WE ALL NEED TO GET TOGETHER AND CHANGE OUR COMMUNITY FOR THE BETTER.
