The Courtyards at Campbell are placed in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of great wildlife. Although some tenants don't enjoy the ducks I personally love the atmosphere they bring with their presence. I have enjoyed many things about this apartment complex but there are many other things that make it unbearable. For example I noticed that their maintenance people are are Hispanic and don't speak much English. You have to speak with the office for any problems you may have. Personally I do not like any of the women in the office. Each are dismissive and demeaning to the tenants and any issues you may bring forth. For example my heater has failed to function properly since moving into our new home. Each time the maintenance people have come to look at it they beat at it until it kicks on, but they never actually fix the problem. Also I used their 24hour emergency maintenance call service when the supply line on our toilet ruptured. We eventually had to call a plumber after waiting to hear back from the apartment for four hours. Now if I have an issue and speak with the women in the office they are very dismissive and try to push you out their door with out actually absolving your issue. I honestly am disgusted by the staff. They are unhelpful, rude, and when I moved in they were very unhelpful. I have not had a single good experience dealing with Ida, or Shay. Shay was kind to me and very helpful until I signed my lease. Its really very sad. There are many problems with the appliances also. They don't function properly and are very aged, almost ten years old! I have not had a very good experience with these people and I would like people to be aware. It is a great place to live but the maintenance problems, and office staff issues are terrible.
