I have lived here (unfortunately) for the last 8 months, just waiting for the day my lease is up so I can move far, far away from here. The maintenance is terrible, the office staff is completely clueless, and the property has just been deteriorating before my eyes. I was so enamored with the website when I first started searching for a new place but after I came to visit and signed the lease, I wished I had never stepped foot here. Sure, the pictures online made it seem so awesome and the staff was so eager to accomodate all my requests, but once the ink was dry on the lease, it was a completely different story. I spent all summer without a functioning AC and no explanation as to why it didn't work. I've put in numerous maintenance requests that get lost in the wind. I have spent most of the winter with no functioning heater. There was always some reason why the residents are not the priority to the staff or management company. Look out when it rains, it seems the foundation is slipping and the stairs get uneven. There are walkway lights that are hanging by an electrical wire, ready to fall any moment. Residents leave garbage all over the place, as well as leave dog droppings anywhere they want. Gates are usually left open so anyone can walk or drive in. You can hear people stomping in the walkways at all hours of the night. The clubhouse area has been known to be occupied by non-residents. At one point, someone was living in there for several weeks and no one did anything. There was a game system that was stolen from the clubhouse even though there are security cameras. It was later discovered that someone had "greased" the lens of the security camera so that they could not see who came in and out. I would not recommend this place to anyone and hope that anyone considering this place looks elsewhere.
