That title might be a little misleading! You can transfer - if you want to repay all of your deposits and a whopping $300.00 transfer fee totalling $975.00 worth of fees. As a 4 year resident I wanted to move into a bigger place! Well - I was told I could do that if I wanted to pay all of their fees - all fees totally $975.00 were before any other expenses so basically I might as well flush that money down the toilet. I will definitely not recommend this place and plan to move out as soon as my lease is up so that I can get a bigger place - hopefully for less!
