I have lived in the complex for about 8 mos. The place is quiet and close to many places. I do have one major issue. maintenance is horrible. So, pray to God, nothing breaks such as your heat or a/c because you are on your own. The maintenance staff is pretty creepy and unprofessional. The first time they showed up at my apartment, I was hesitant to let them in, pretty unkept guys, with no uniform. They could at least wear a cap or a jacket so we can tell they work there. They believe in the if it ain't broke dont fix it policy. Bugs can be a problem, if you are less than perfect. So make sure you dont leave any dishes out or you will have a roach motel. Fortunately, it has not been an issue for me because I take out my trash daily and clean kitchen on a daily basis. Customer service is really poor. I guess the staff forgets where their paychecks come from. It is a pitty because I really wanted to settle there while I boght a house. I am looking forward to the end of my lease so I can move somewhere else.
