I will be moving soon due to the drastic increase in rent. Mine is increasing by $250.00 each month. The complex justifies this major increase due to property upgrades. The upgrades to me seem typical and basic for a complex that is as old as this one. I would definitely understand a gradual increase but not one so severe. Management has not been helpful and the majority of tenents are being forced out when their lease expires. Just bad business!
