When I 1st moved in this property was under private ownership. Then they sold it and everything went down hill. The maintenance staff either is given the wrong information or they don't know how to fix the simplest things. The Office staff, while pleasant to speak with, isn't really very helpful. They show little or no compassion when personal property gets damaged. There is trash in the stairwells. And the complex is very dark at night. The exterior security lights on a marjority of the buildings are out, even after the upgraded exterior work. Think 2x before moving here.
