My floor, right now, is vibrating from music my neighbor is playing two floors down. A constant bass line underscores everything I do. It's really just one individual oblivious to all. Well, maybe just uncaring. I've asked them to turn it down and received implied threats in return. So I can't wait until my lease contract expires and I'm out - hopefully somewhere relatively quiet, but every apartment is a crapshoot. Reasons you might want to live here: the office staff is excellent, rent is priced well and every unit comes with a washer and dryer. Reasons you may not: Electricity bills are high due to poor insulation. Everything has a new coat of paint, but it's old and definitely wasn't always maintained well. Water is occasionally turned off without notice, issues with a central boiler and all. And my jackass neighbor.
