I've rented several apts throughout my time in Dallas but consider the Bluffs of Lakewood my best so far. I was sad to leave my apartment but due to employment in another city I can honestly say that I truly enjoyed living at The Bluffs of Lakewood. I love the White Rock Lake area and wanted to find a nice decent apartment. Wow! What luck in finding a nice affordable apartment...and a washer/dryer that's provided?.....I just had to check it out! My move in experience went pretty smooth. They really were there to make sure I was happy with the apartment I selected. Maintenance issues were expedited and normally were taken care of within 1 or 2 days. The management and maintenance were courteous and always cheerful. Every aspect of my residency at the Bluffs has been a pleasurable one because of the professionalism, efficiency, and caring attitude of each and every staff member. I can say with experience that the Bluffs staff rates NUMBER ONE in every category of professional property operations. I can only hope that my next apartment staff can live up to the expectations that the Bluffs staff have set forth.
