NO response from maintenance or management even though my carpet is soaked through from undetermined source water leak... FOUR times last year, TWICE so far this year. THEY DO NOT CARE, they just want your money. GO ELSEWHERE! RUN-- DO NOT WALK-- AVOID THIS PLACE unless you like fiestas day and night in the parking lots and at poolside. I AM OUT OF THERE as soon as I can find someplace else (like TODAY).
