I would have never expected the inside of my apt to look as nice as it does. When I first visited I was blown away by the upgrades that were done here. For the age of the apts I did not expect there to be new cabinets, countertops, lights and faucets. The carpet and tile were new too. The price is pretty good for what you get. It really shows that the owner must take alot of pride in this place.
