I mean its a great price if you are needing a good location for a temporary stay... YOu have 30 just a few miles away and 20 just a few miles away.... Neighbors are too themselves and sometimes its quiet and sometimes its loud....for the most part it doesn't bother me...but if you have infants it won't be a good idea. Single? great way to save money... It's just a place to live really...but I'm getting out...my garbage disposal has been messed up since I've been there...their were maggets inside of it when it first broke...there is a drawer missing in my bathroom...in the bathroom there is this urine smell by the toliet...I've turned into mr. clean in there..i tried everything...I can't get rid of it!...but you can light a candle and it takes the smell away....So...i'm 50 50 with this place....i really just like the location....and the apartmetns aren't horrible...they look nice..being brand new almost..
