When I first signed up I thought I was getting a nice deal. Staff SEEMED nice and willing to help if any problems ever came up. Well, it was all a front. My apt has a really bad bug problem. It's like the bugs just crawl right thru the carpet. It's terrible. For some reason I will always find Crickets in my apt. I have NO idea how they get in. They're under my sofa, in my kitchen, in my closet, EVERYWHERE! If it's not crickets then it's Rolly Pollies and ants. Staff seem nice at first but they will not, I repeat will not help if you have a problem. They'll pretty much tell you... sorry there's nothing I can do. I say they're good for nothing. Let's see what else. Oh the rent has definitely gone up. I will not be renewing my lease after my lease is up. The price is way to expensive for a one bdrm, one bath apt. I have found many other deals elsewhere. AMLI says they have a no-hassle pricing system. Well, that system doesn't do anybody any good except Amli... they get to make more money and rob you blind. Other places will give you specials.. like 2 months free rent, no deposit fee or app fee. AMLI will do no such thing. Terrible apts. May seem pretty from the outside but if you move in... you'll know what I'm talking about. Unless you like bugs, rent that keeps going up, and unhelpful staff.....this would be the place for you. Oh and the speedbumps suck and are useless people will always be zooming past your apt. Watch out crossing the parking lot... you might get run over. Oh one more thing the gates are useless. Always broken and malfunctioning.
