Living here has been a total nightmare. Maintance is non-existent, management is rude, disrespectful and spends way too much time trying to find some small infraction of some obscure rule to issue fines to the tenants. We had not even moved in and found a fine notice on our door for littering.

The dishwasher has not worked the entire 27 months we have lived here, the shower has missing tiles and leaks so bad there is mold in the master bedroom carpet and walls, the management allows hookers to have incalls located here, the only way to have parking available is to rent covered spaces and then mgt refuses to enforce towing of visitors cars that park in your leased spaces, they have leased both a garage and a parking space to another tenant while were were still leasing it, the electrical system is so bad you can't run both a vacuum cleaner in the living are and a hair dryer in either bath without tripping a breaker and the kicker was they decided to enforce the towing rules the exact day that we had a PODS storage unit delivered to pack for moving. Never mind that several PODS had sat on the parking lot for a month recently at another building in the complex. The promised on-site car wash was totally inoperative for the first year we lived here. All for $2000 a month rent for a three bedroom apartment.

Bad upkeep, low service level, rude mgt team, arbitrary enforcement of community regulations and chaotic record keeping make the complex and most other Amil properties a sub-prime living experience.
