I had a 1 bedroom with a den and an attached garage. It was nice. I became so spoiled with a garage. There were occasionally some routy people, but on average very quiet, relaxed environment. Loved the drive through mailboxes. I did think the gym, main pool, etc. could have been more accessible. You had two choice walk 30 acres to the front of the complex or park outside the gates then walk through a side gate and into the gym. There should have been parking inside the gates for the facilities.
