Do not move in with any Richdale group property. As an ex employee I have to let people know how terrible the company is. They will keep your deposit, they will igmore your problems, they will be rude and disorganized and you have a good chance of your car being stolen and your apartment being broken into. Stay way and rent at a real company. There's a reason their deposit is so high. That's how they make their money. Ask any ex employee. No one left on good terms. No one has anything good to say. One employee I know is suing the regional manager for wrongful termination. She has good reason. Do not give them your money. It looks good from the outside but that's all they have. Walk away.
