I would never rent here again – management if not willing to help and the apartments are overpriced for the service you receive. The toilet plumbing came loose in my apartment while I was out of town and the local management totally underplayed the amount of damage caused to my apartment. It took a long time for them to make the repairs in the first place and a month and half later I found mold growing in my apartment where the water damage was not repaired correctly. After another month and a half they FINALLY offered to let me move to another apartment within the complex. After living in that apartment for 2 months an apartment above me had their hot water heater bust, so my apartment flooded again while I was out of town. While doing the repairs in my new apartment they removed some baseboard and exposed mold in this apartment as well. It could have not grown within the 2 weeks of damage, which means it was there from before. Their maintenance and management (both local and corporate) are terrible and NOT reasonable to work with at all. I would never recommend anyone to rent at this complex or any other Richdale owned apartment complex. If you currently live in The Saxony, I recommend you have a mold inspector come to your apartment even if you haven't had water damage while you lived there, because chances are...YOU DO!
