I have had no major issues living here. I have heard there have been a few hit and run situations and neighbor on the 1st floor had his apartment broken into. Seems to be high turn over. We used to have alarms but they were deactivated. There are times when the access gates aren't working. Repairs are done pretty quickly. There does seem to be occasional issues with the water being turned off due to leaks. The staff gives adequate notice if able to. Staff has been friendly towards me. My only reason for considering moving is I have decided to get a puppy and only cats are allowed.
